1. Can I cancel my contract?
The contract can be cancelled with one month’s calendar written notice
2. Do I get a landline phone number?
Yes, we supply a unique DDI Number (landline) for each client. That way we can answer calls in each Company name.
3. Will you answer calls in my business name?
Yes, we use a non scripted call answering service, answering your calls just like a full time receptionist or assistant would.
4. Will I be notified of my calls?
Yes, via email, with the subject matter in the header.
5. What hours does this service operate in?
We answer calls from 8.00am to 5.30pm 5 days per week
6. What happens out of hours?
We have a generic answer phone message. Each voicemail is processed on the next working day and we send an email to each client.
7. Can you transfer calls through to my mobile?
As well as taking messages, we can also transfer any calls you would like straight though to you, it is completely up to you.
8. How soon can I start?
We can have the service up and running within one working day.
